By accessing and using Web Tarsier's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Web Tarsier provides web development services including:

• Custom website development
• Web application development
• E-commerce store development (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• WordPress development
• Website maintenance and support
• SEO optimization services

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect our team's time and expertise

• Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Delays may occur due to:

• Changes in project scope
• Delayed client feedback or materials
• Technical complications
• Third-party service issues

Upon full payment, clients own the final delivered website and custom code. However:

• Third-party plugins, themes, and libraries remain under their respective licenses
• We retain the right to use general techniques and knowledge gained
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Clients must respect third-party copyrights for content and images they provide

• Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require a new agreement
• All changes must be requested in writing

We provide a 30-day warranty for bug fixes on delivered work. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Website performance on all devices and browsers
• Third-party service availability
• Results from SEO or marketing efforts

Web Tarsier's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss not caused by our negligence
• Issues arising from client-provided content or third-party services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination:

• Clients pay for work completed up to termination date
• We will deliver work completed to the termination point
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Both parties return confidential materials
